First Women Working Party
Setting the agenda for a better future.
The First Women Working Party will draw on the collective expertise of our 2016 First Women to help inform the First Women agenda for the next year.
Focus groups will debate the specific issues facing certain industries, as well as broader themes including “How to get men involved in the gender diversity debate”, “Diversity in small businesses” and “Inspiring the next generation.”
