Every year we assemble our First Women finalists to debate the key issues facing women in business and the professions in order to help shape the First Women agenda for the next 12 months

Our class of 2016 met early in September to debate the specific issues facing women in different industries as well as broader themes including:

  • How to get men involved in the diversity debate
  • How to create the female leaders of tomorrow
  • How gender diversity can work within SMEs
  • Innovative recruitment and retention strategies

Their findings will be used as the basis for the agenda for the First Women Summit on February 28, 2017.
