In a world where it’s been estimated that it will take 100 years to achieve gender equality, facilities management services provider Sodexo prides itself on having a culture focused on providing a fair and diverse environment where employees can thrive and grow.
SWIFt – the Sodexo Women’s International Forum for talent – was launched seven years ago to promote talented women to management and leadership positions. The forum brings together senior female leaders and aims to identify and implement the right strategy and actions to promote the advancement of women.
Meg Horsburgh, head of diversity says: “Businesses can only reach full potential when the leadership team reflects the diversity of their customers. SWIFt has been instrumental in helping more than 1,000 women find mentors.”
